430 ESSA is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Barrie, Ontario. Set to change the pace of Essa Road, Channel 13 was approached to brand this condominium project and effectively articulate its value to buyers near and far. We developed a chic brand that positions this building as “the pinnacle of modern convenience.” We achieved this by creatively showcasing 430 ESSA’s inherent design and superior features and amenities across all branding, while emphasizing this building as an optimal place for contemporary living.
