Channel 13 was approached by LCH Development’s to build an impactful brand for their condo project, Merge Condos. Located at the corner of Kingston Road in Scarborough, we coined the name “Merge” to personify the building’s location, but also reinforce this development as one that unifies buyers from all walks of life. Inspired to build a brand that would stand strong, we took a bold yet minimalist approach that incorporated vibrant red and soft white tones, a modern typeface and lifestyle imagery to emphasize the condo's broad market of buyers. For added effectiveness, we took a less conventional approach and created a promotional video showcasing the building's features from a buyer's perspective.
